18 U.S.C. § 2257 Statement

All persons who appear in any content on vibeex.io were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created.

Vibeex is not a primary producer of the content that Creators publish on the Platform; Vibeex only provides the technical platform and distributes users’ content within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B). The respective Creators are the producers of the content. They are required to maintain the records of the identity and age of all persons depicted required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 and to provide them upon request.

Independently of this, Vibeex verifies the identity and age of every Creator before anything is published, through its provider Veriff with a government-issued photo ID and a face match. Every additional person depicted confirms their age and consent through the “Co-performers” feature before content featuring them goes live. We keep the records of these verifications.
