Copyright Policy (DMCA)
Last updated: 2 October 2026
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our users to do the same. We respond to notices of copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, “DMCA”) and European law.
1. Notice of infringement
If you believe that content on Vibeex infringes your copyright, send us a notice containing:
- your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorized person);
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- the exact location of the material on Vibeex (link);
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
The fastest way is the report form (reason “Copyright”) or an email to our designated agent:

2. Counter-notification
If your content was removed following a notice and you believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notification containing: your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the United States, any judicial district in which Vibeex may be found) and will accept service of process from the complaining party. We forward the counter-notification and restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action.
3. Repeat infringers
We permanently terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. Anyone who knowingly submits false notices or counter-notifications may be liable for damages.
4. Users in the EU
Users in the EU can also submit infringements as a notice under the Digital Services Act through the report form; the procedures in section 6 of the Terms of Service then apply.
