Guidelines

Adults only

All users and everyone depicted must be at least 18 years old. Content that shows minors or makes people appear to be minors (for example through clothing, props, role play or descriptions) is prohibited, including drawn or AI-generated content.

Consent and rights

Creators only publish content to which they own all rights and for which everyone depicted consented to the recording and its publication. Every additional person confirms their age and consent through “Co-performers” before the content goes live.

Prohibited content

• sexual violence, coercion, blackmail or non-consensual content, including role play;
• incest, including role play, and sexual acts involving animals;
• people under the influence of drugs, unconscious people, hypnosis;
• hidden cameras, recordings of uninvolved people and sexual acts in public places where others can see them;
• extreme violence, blood, mutilation, weapons in a sexual context, excrement;
• prostitution, escort services, paid meet-ups and human trafficking;
• hate speech, glorification of violence, terrorism and self-harm;
• drug dealing, arms dealing and selling worn clothing or bodily fluids;
• publishing other people’s private information (doxing) and advertising other platforms or payment methods.

AI models and AI content

AI models are allowed if they are clearly labeled: Creators set their profile to “AI model” under “Profile type”; “AI” then appears next to the name and “AI-generated” on every image and video. Individual AI content in real profiles is marked “Made with AI” when posting. Deepfakes – AI content that depicts or resembles a real person without their consent – and AI content with people who appear to be minors are prohibited.

Safe-for-work public areas

Profile pictures, banners, public posts and previews must be safe for work. Explicit content is only allowed behind age verification for subscribers or as a single purchase.

Respect

Harassment, threats, insults, hate speech and spam are prohibited. Creators can block Fans, restrict messages and turn off comments. Do not deceive anyone about content, prices or your identity.

Privacy and leaks

Unlocked content must not be saved, recorded, shared or published. Unlocked media carry a personal watermark of the buyer; leaks lead to account termination and may be prosecuted under civil and criminal law.

Content review

Creators verify their identity and age before their first upload. Every upload is reviewed before publication: first automatically by AI and, where flagged, additionally by our team. Rejections are always made by a human. We do not approve or we remove content that violates these guidelines or applicable law.

Reports

Anyone can report content through the report function in the app or the report form, even without an account. We usually handle reports within 7 business days and inform you of the outcome. People depicted without consent or shown in an AI fake can request removal; we remove such intimate content within 48 hours of a valid report. We report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities. Contact: support@vibeex.io.

Decisions and complaints

If we remove or do not approve content or restrict an account, we give the reasons. Anyone can file a free complaint against any decision within 6 months by replying to our message. A different person then reviews the complaint again.
